Allday is a well-established Turkish fashion brand entering its “360 Degree AI” transformation year. The company aims to modernize internal workflows and integrate AI across content, operations, and retail processes.

They brought me on as an AI Strategy Consultant to help identify high-impact opportunities and guide the adoption of sustainable, practical AI tools.

My Role

I work with Allday’s leadership to:

• Map current workflows and identify where AI creates real value

• Introduce GenAI-powered tools to support content, planning, and operations

• Guide long-term tool selection and integration strategy

The Solution

The system evaluates student answers, processes personality dimensions, generates narrative insights using LLMs, and produces a personalized PDF report within minutes.

The entire pipeline runs automatically without manual review, is architected for growth, and remains simple to maintain.
